Product Plans

Choose how deeply DIDP plugs into your stack

The imaging lifecycle is identical in all three plans. What changes is how much of it runs automatically - from a standalone portal, to LIS-driven intake, to PACS delivering scans without anyone touching a file.

01Basic Plan

Standalone Diagnostic Portal

Create a standalone platform where laboratory staff can upload scans, create reports and send them directly to patients. The Basic tier eliminates paper-based workflows and fragmented communication - without depending on any third-party system.

Included modules

  • Authentication & user model
  • Patient management
  • Study management
  • Scan upload
  • Report management

  • Cloud storage
  • Dynamic DICOM viewer
  • Sharing & delivery
  • Audit trail
  • Staff-to-staff sharing

Why Basic works

  • No dependency on existing hospital software
  • Fastest time to deployment - 2 to 4 weeks
  • Zero training burden on IT or integration teams
  • Full audit trail from day one
  • Immediate digital delivery eliminates physical film
  • Patients access reports from any device, any time

End-to-end workflow

Two users only - Staff and Patient. The hospital completes its internal diagnostic work first, then staff bring the records into DIDP and publish to the patient.

1

Hospital completes internal diagnostic work

The scan is performed and reviewed using the facility’s existing process. DIDP is not involved at this stage.

2

Staff registers the patient

Name, mobile, email, date of birth, gender and Patient ID. Returning patients are searched and reopened.

3

Staff creates the study & uploads records

Adds the investigation type, uploads DICOM files or images, and writes the report in the editor.

4

Staff verifies everything internally

Confirms the report is complete, scans are linked correctly and patient details are accurate - looping in a colleague if needed.

5

Staff clicks publish

The report locks, an immutable audit record is created, and the delivery pipeline fires immediately.

6

Patient receives the report

WhatsApp and email arrive with a secure, time-limited link. The patient verifies by OTP and views the report and images.

End-to-end workflow

Intake stops being manual. The integration layer listens to your LIS and opens the study before staff even look for it.

1

Patient registered in the LIS

Front desk registers the patient and places the imaging order as usual.

2

Portal pulls patient & study automatically

DIDP receives the LIS event over REST, HL7, FHIR or DB sync and creates the patient and study pre-filled.

3

Lab assistant opens the existing study

No registration step - open and proceed straight to scan upload.

4

Scan uploaded

DICOM or image files are uploaded against the auto-created investigation.

5

Report created with collaboration

The radiologist writes the report and can request a second opinion internally without leaving the platform.

6

Doctor reviews

The referring doctor is notified and reviews the report and images, annotating, commenting or approving.

7

One-click publish

The report locks, delivery triggers, and the LIS is notified of completion through bidirectional sync.

8

Patient and doctor notified

WhatsApp, email and portal access arrive together; the doctor is told their patient’s report is ready.

02Economy Plan

Portal + LIS Integration

Instead of staff entering patient and order information by hand, the integration layer listens for events from the LIS and automatically creates the corresponding patient profiles, studies and investigations inside the portal.

Integration protocols

REST

Standard HTTP/JSON API integration with webhooks or polling. Compatible with most modern LIS systems.

HL7 v2

ORM/ORU message parsing for legacy LIS systems in clinical environments.

FHIR R4

HL7 FHIR R4 for modern, standards-compliant integrations and national health records.

Database sync

Direct, read-only database sync for closed LIS systems that expose no API.

Why Economy accelerates operations

  • Eliminates duplicate patient data entry across systems
  • Reduces per-study admin time by up to 70%
  • Internal collaboration removes communication silos
  • Bidirectional LIS sync keeps both systems in sync
  • Faster report turnaround from automated intake
  • Suitable for multi-department hospital environments
03Pro Plan

Complete Integrated Enterprise Platform

Even with LIS integration, scans still require manual upload. On Economy, a lab assistant must export DICOM files from the imaging machine and upload them - time-consuming, error-prone and a real risk of wrong-patient mapping. The Pro plan eliminates that step entirely.

Zero manual upload

PACS integration

Imaging machines connect to a PACS server over the DICOM protocol. DIDP connects to PACS through a secure API, so the moment a scan is acquired it appears in the portal - mapped to the correct patient and study.

  • MRI → PACS → DIDP, automatic and real-time
  • CT → PACS → DIDP, automatic and real-time
  • X-Ray → PACS → DIDP, automatic and real-time
  • Ultrasound → PACS → DIDP, automatic and real-time
  • No manual download, transfer or upload required
Data integrity

DICOM Worklist integration (MWL)

DIDP publishes a DICOM Modality Worklist that machines query before scanning. The machine knows exactly which patient it is scanning, ensuring integrity from acquisition all the way to delivery.

  • Worklist populated automatically from LIS orders
  • Machine reads patient name, ID, study date and modality
  • DICOM tags auto-populated - no manual entry at the machine
  • Eliminates wrong-patient scan errors

Structured approval chain

Six stages, each with a named owner. No report reaches a patient without passing through every one of them.

1

Portal Management Staff

Study receipt and doctor assignment.

2

Assigned Doctor

DICOM review and annotation.

3

Lab Assistant

Text report creation from the doctor’s notes.

4

Doctor Approval

Report review and digital sign-off.

5

Portal Manager

Final publish authorisation.

6

Patient

Receives the approved report.

Enterprise benefits

  • No manual scan upload - PACS handles everything
  • No duplicate files or version mismatches
  • No data mismatch - Worklist ensures correct mapping
  • No human dependency in the scan delivery pipeline
  • Structured approval: no unauthorised report reaches a patient
  • Full version history and digital audit chain
  • Hospital-wide collaboration with role isolation
  • LIS bidirectional sync on every status change

Traceable

Every stage writes to the digital audit chain.

Synced

The LIS is updated on every status change.

Choosing

Which plan fits your operation

Independent diagnostic centre

You run imaging with a small team and no integration budget. You want digital delivery live in a month.

Start with Basic.

Multi-department hospital

You already run an LIS and duplicate data entry is the bottleneck. Reception, lab and radiology need one shared view.

Choose Economy.

Hospital network or enterprise

You have PACS, high volumes and compliance obligations, and no tolerance for manual scan handling or unapproved reports.

Go Pro.

Not sure which plan you need?

Tell us your staff size, modalities and whether an LIS or PACS is already in place. We will recommend the plan that fits and outline the deployment timeline.
